This is a part-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The role involves maintaining and building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and support. Daily tasks include communicating with clients and their families, coordinating services, and acting as a liaison between clients and care providers. Some work from home is acceptable as part of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients and their families.
  • Understand client needs and goals and coordinate appropriate services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and care providers to ensure quality of care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and internal teams to support service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Ability to understand and respond to the needs and goals of individuals with disabilities
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in disability services or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
