Who we are looking for?

Seeking a proactive and self-motivated scheduler to become part of our team working in a fast paced environment, working to provide an integral link in the delivery of services to our customers. This role will be based at our new Pakenham facility.

If you are a dynamic people person with excellent commnication skills with the ability to multi-task then we want to hear from you. Duties include, scheduling of service calls, routine maintenance, repair and installation work. Experience in the industry or a similar role would be an advantage.

The Role – Key Duties:

First point of contact for customers requesting services, via phone and email.

Opening, closing and management of jobs.

Match, schedule, and coordinate technicians in response to customer work requirements.

Monitor, organise and prioritise workflow.

Provide quotations to customers

Preparing Purchase Orders

Resolve issues as they arise and ensure all works are invoiced.

Able to work in a high paced, changing environment.

Actively comply with all health, safety, environmental requirements.

Customer service experience in a similar role, experience coordinating tradespeople and contractors.

A can-do positive attitude with the drive to deliver a high stand or customer service.

The ability to think on your feet.

Ability to multi-task, be flexible and to work unsupervised.

Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Intermediate MS Office skills in Word and Excel.
