About the opportunity

A fantastic career development opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and driven individual to join our team as Contracts Administrator. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will provide timely and accurate sales administration and contract assistance ensuring deadlines are met and effective internal support is achieved.

Some role duties will include:

  • Exchanging contracts to solicitors and data matching with the CRM system
  • Monitoring Finance and Settlement Dates
  • Maintaining the CRM dashboard
  • Cross Checking contracts and deposits
  • Liaising with purchasers and solicitors regarding contract queries
  • Registering sales in the CRM & Console and updating contract tracking fields
  • Processing cancellations in the CRM and Console
  • Interpreting and applying Sales Authority documents
  • Compiling & producing reports as required

The Successful Applicant

Ideally the successful applicant will have a background and/or experience within the Real Estate industry as a Contract Administrator and will have a strong ability to coordinate the timely and effective administration of all contracts. Along with this, they will also have the following:

  • Experience or knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational skills – ability to plan and manage tasks and resources within strict time parameters
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships easily
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice would be an advantage
