About the role
The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales & Commercial team and the wider Business Development function by administering and monitoring contracts, assisting with the management of the sales pipeline, and coordinating key business activities such as trade shows and CRM implementation. The role ensures that agreements and related documentation are reviewed, processed, and maintained accurately, while also facilitating communication between commercial and technical teams. The position contributes to effective contract management and compliance and provides reporting and administrative support to the Sales & Commercial Manager.
About you

Key responsibilities
- Preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the CRM platform to record and monitor contractual and sales activities.
- Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract finalisation and closure.
- Coordinating contract-related activities such as sales meetings, training sessions, and customer demonstrations, ensuring documentation of action items and timely follow-up.
- Leading the coordination of trade shows and related events, including liaising with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Acting as a cross-functional liaison between commercial and technical teams to ensure smooth flow of contractual and operational information.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly business reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Supporting the Sales & Commercial Manager and the wider Business Development team with contract administration and associated administrative duties.
Your experience and skills
- Strong knowledge of contract administration practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across commercial, technical, and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing agreements and legal documentation.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- At least 1-2 years previous experience in contract administration, sales administration, or business support roles.
- Experience in reviewing and administering commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Experience in coordinating events, trade shows, or stakeholder meetings is advantageous.
- Relevant associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma level qualifications or higher.
