The Role

We're looking for a creative and organised Company Events Coordinator to join our People, Talent & Events team to help bring our company culture to life through meaningful events, team engagement activities and experiences.

This position will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of company events that strengthen our team experience and showcase what it means to be a Kieser team member.

From flagship events like Kieser Goes Coastal and our Winter Ball, to milestone celebrations and leadership breakfasts, your work will foster connection, engagement, and culture across our team.

Reporting to the People & Talent Lead, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing, coordinating, and executing a calendar of company events
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and audience needs
  • Liaising with suppliers, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts, coordinate logistics, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinating the design and distribution of event materials including invitations, agendas, signage, and post-event communications
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Learning & Development
  • Preparing and tracking vent budgets
  • Conducting post-event evaluations to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement
  • Overseeing the central Events mailbox, responding to enquiries in a timely manner

This role is based in South Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity.

Essential

Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or project management and event software tools (incl. Humanitix, MailChimp, Marketo)
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external vendors
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with agility
  • Creativity and innovation in event design and execution

Desirable
  • Experience in allied health, healthcare, hospital, or related industry
