We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technical consulting, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion through delivering technical solutions that meet customers' business needs.
Main Accountabilities- Drives growth and expansion by delivering technical solutions that meet customers' business needs.
- Develops a deep understanding of customers' environments, challenges, and requirements, and works closely with Named Accounts Sales Executives to execute strategy and tactics for closing business.
- Ensures technical closure and alignment with sales strategies using Autodesk company standard sales methodologies.
- Sales performance metrics including ARR growth and expansion.
- Customer satisfaction ratings and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Timely delivery of technical solutions and meeting customer expectations.
