We\'re seeking a Project Assistant to work across multiple businesses and tasks in our Brisbane office. Our businesses include mining services, maintenance, hotels and accommodation.

This is a dynamic role where no two days look the same

Here's a taste of what your days could include:

  • Keeping our office running smoothly with general admin, filing, data entry, compliance requirements and managing office supplies and equipment
  • Being the first friendly point of contact by answering calls, emails, and greeting office visitors
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and events (yes, you\'ll be the go-to organiser)
  • Reviewing and contributing to content for social media, plus assisting with content planning and strategy
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents to support internal and external projects
  • Supporting project managers with tracking timelines, deliverables and follow-ups
  • Managing logistics, shipments, and hands-on coordination tasks as required
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members to support the successful delivery of projects
  • Maintaining and updating project files, registers and databases
  • Assisting with planning and execution of staff training, onboarding, and events
  • Identifying and flagging any roadblocks, risks, or resourcing issues within projects
  • Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing better systems and processes
  • And more - no two days will be the same
