About the team and the role

The Transformation Office leads large strategic projects for Torrens Global Education Services.

We're currently migrating to a new cloud infrastructure, rolling out a new online campus for students and delivering a data strategy.

We are looking for a Change Manager to join an experienced team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Developers, all working together on those exciting projects that will make the experience of our students even better.


The Change Manager primarily "joins the lines between the dots" to ensure projects and initiatives achieve their strategies by engaging our people through communications strategy plan, stakeholder management and engagement, targeted communications, executing change plans and assisting managers and key leaders to execute change plans.


In this role, you will:
Contribute to the planning of change initiatives that will support the implementation of the project by:
Lead the change champions working groups. Lead all change across multiple Transformation projects Developing communications material to support awareness, knowledge and engagement. This may include FAQS, reference guides, videos, knowledge portals, intranet pages, websites, and traditional communications. Contributing to developing a change communications process that identifies the implication of these changes on people, processes and systems Developing and implementing change management initiatives such as communications to achieve awareness, acceptance and adoption Drafting and gaining approval for change and communication documentation and reporting as required Identifying and addressing change management issues and risksThis is a permanent full-time role, start date ASAP, ideally based in Sydney (Surry Hills campus). We work on a hybrid model.

Who you are:

  • To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in Change Management-
  • Management experience-
  • Project Management Experience desired.-
  • Experience in Business and Strategy, and Communications within a complex organisational environment.-
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in the leadership and management of change management resources.
Ability to investigate and solve complex problems, deal effectively with ambiguity, readily adapt to changing circumstances and maintain professionalism and flexibility, in order to achieve program and team objectives Ability to proactively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients and team colleaguesWhat we offer:
