About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Australian team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our user base, driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers during critical lifecycle events, such as renewals, executive business reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of cross-sales, product upgrades, and contract renewals, meeting quarterly targets.
- Master the GovConnex platform and new products, delivering customer adoption playbooks and training.
- Support GovConnex customers, resolving product-related issues from start to finish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, support, and customer operations to drive customer success and secure long-term commitments.
Requirements
- Strong self-starter with a customer-centric mindset.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or quota-carrying customer success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Australian political system.
- Interest in technology and software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
