About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Implementation Manager to lead our Data and Analytics team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hands-on engagement with Data and Analytics business areas as a senior Business Implementation or Change Manager
  • Construct a detailed plan of activity to support the business to identify and respond to impacts to their business areas in a Data and Analytics context
  • Undertake current state and future state business process analysis to identify changes to support business readiness activities such as operational procedure updates, training needs, etc
  • Lead a team of business analysts and change analysts to support impacted business areas through the business implementation activities
  • Work with, and positively influence, internal and external stakeholders to autonomously identify and overcome delivery risks and issues
  • Manage and maintain a project schedule to ensure dependencies with other delivery teams are identified and managed to prevent risks and ensure a quality outcome
Desirable Skills
  • Hands on data analysis skills using contemporary analytics capabilities (e.g. SQL, Python)
  • Experience using Clarizen project management tool
  • Experience using contemporary project documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
  • Experience writing detailed business requirements and business process documents
