What you bring to the table


You are a highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a sense of fun, the ability to work well under pressure and an absolute focus on exceptional client and customer service.

Reporting to the General Manager, East Coast Operations, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services.
  • Providing excellent customer service and client care.
  • Ensuring the daily maintenance of the office including facilities management and supply stocking.
  • Coordination of daily errands including mail, couriers and banking, whilst supporting the wider business.


You will also provide administrative support to the wider group in the coordination of facilities, calendar management, travel management and assist in the coordination and planning of events.

This position would suit someone looking to take the next step in their administrative career

  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, Word and Outlook capabilities.
