Fantastic opportunity for a person with corporate affairs experience to join a team focused administration team offering a salary package of $80K (negotiable).

My client is looking for someone full time but are open to part time for the right applicant.

The Company:

***Our client is a long-standing, high-performance CA firm located near the buzzing Southbank offering a range of services such as tax compliance, business services and assurance. They are currently looking for an administration person with corporate affairs experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail and a team player who is looking to join a professional firm in a supportive and friendly environment.

About the role:

  • Manage all corporate affairs matters relating to our 250+ companies including company changes and annual reviews
  • Maintain the Australian Business Register for our clients
  • Liaising with the ASIC and other regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining corporate registers
  • Provide support to a team of Accountants with tasks including but not limited to ATO portal maintenance, collating accounts, general assistance
  • Working within the administration team performing general administration duties as they arise such as mail, answering incoming calls, scanning, typing, office maintenance.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong Corporate Affairs & ASIC portal experience (preferably BGL CAS 360)
  • Previous experience in an accounting firm
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and general information technology skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills and someone who enjoys working within a team.
