Our client, a long-established mid-sized firm located on the city fringe, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Affairs Administrator with a strong client focus to cover maternity leave, either part time or full time for approx.

12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Title and company searches
  • ASIC Lodgements
  • Liaison with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies
  • Managing workflows
  • Handling client correspondence
  • Updating client and company information
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with administration tasks to support the accountants

Requirements:
  • 6+ months experience within a professional accounting firm
  • Experience using BGL360, APS XPA and HowNow will be highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presentation and friendly demeanour
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
