We are currently working with a well known Organization located in Belmont, seeking an experienced and immediately available Talent Acquisition Specialist for a short term 2 month assignment

Locations:
Belmont, WA

Hours:
Full time hours, Mon - Fri (Approx 8:30am - 4:30pm)

Start date:

ASAP

Pay rate:
Negotiable depending on experience

Duration:
Approx. 2 months with possible extension

The Role
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio within the business
  • Ensuring all employee records are current, compliant and kept up to date
  • Creating/ posting job adverts in correspondence with the Hiring Manager's needs
  • Following company processes for onboarding (police check, medicals, VEVO check)
  • Ensuring 100% compliance to company policies are adhered to
  • Completing multiple administration activities with have a 'can do' attitude

Experience Required

  • MUST be available to start immediately or within 1 week
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar recruitment or mobilisation roles
  • Must have proven experience following strict processes and adhering to company compliance
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask
