Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve recruitment goals
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding for leadership and specialist roles
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand site staffing requirements
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, proactive channels and employee referrals
  • Stay current in industry trends, best practices and legal requirements in Talent Acquisition
  • Analyse and maintain recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions
