About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition Team in Sydney or Canberra.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of the graduate recruitment lifecycle for all nine offices nationally.

You will work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Early Careers) to enhance our brand in the market and position Sparke Helmore as the graduate firm of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and attend national careers fairs and other campus events
  • Screen, interview, and present offers to graduates
  • Prepare graduates for their onboarding experience
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with ongoing business needs
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services
  • Ability to travel interstate during peak campus recruiting cycles
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Genuine interest in keeping up to date on early career trends
