About The Role
In the Account Manager role, you will provide insight and administrative support to ensure high levels of service for our agency partners and their clients.
This position will see you working cross functionally with a multitude of internal stakeholders, such as Operations, Strategy, Finance, Product as well as the Client Partnership Team, to deliver strategic proposals, achieve revenue targets, drive repeat business and deliver post campaign reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Support in the building of revenue streams from a portfolio of both existing and new clients
- Assist to protect and grow existing trade spend dominated revenue base while also winning revenue from clients' marketing spend budgets
- Support the Cartology Sales Team to sell all of Cartology's media products (instore, online, Freshmag and new media inventory) while meeting clients' objectives
- Assist in the management and regular reporting of sales funnels, among others
About You
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:
- Good understanding of digital advertising and media sales
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
