The role
In this role, as part of our Customer Services team, you'll use your customer focused approach and experience to ensure you actively identify the needs and expectations of our customers to provide them the best possible outcome.
You'll process and respond to enquiries in a timely and pleasant manner, which includes dealing with customers that may be experiencing hardship.
What you'll bring
- Comprehensive Customer Service and Administration experience.
- A proven track record of working successfully in a multifunction environment.
- Welldeveloped written, verbal and communication skills including strong computer literacy skills.
- A positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
