About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms and provide product information and demonstrations
  • Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales and meet sales targets
  • Merchandise and stock replenishment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers
  • Process sale orders, generate quotations, and engage with e-commerce and social media platforms
  • Service Centre and office management, including stock control and coordination of production with factory staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport and deliveries
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Perform general administration duties, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a retail, hardware, or trade environment, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
