Job Information:


As Rostering Coordinator, you will provide overall rostering and administration support to Operations, with a specific focus on rostering, timesheet management, qualification and training compliance and workforce management.

This addition will ensure we have skilled and adequate resources to our field-based operations.

  • Management of scheduling/rostering and work assignments of all security fieldbased staff
  • Manage worker competencies, qualifications and roster patterns to ensure effective coverage
  • Plan and schedule projects, mobilisations and demobilisations in a proactive manner
  • Record, update and maintain operational information for all projects and sites
  • Assist with producing and distributing relevant site documentation to all field staff
  • Ensuring suitable staff and each site has sufficient resources to meet service level requirements
  • Assisting new staff with uniform items and collection
  • Perform regular audits across our software systems to ensure accuracy and compliance is being maintained
  • Arrange client inductions and training courses, liaising with workers and providers
  • Sending and communicating finalised rosters to clients on a weekly basis
  • Assist with payroll clarification as required
  • Adhoc operational based administration duties
  • Knowledge of the security, construction, mining or similar industry (desirable)
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce planning or mobilisation
  • High level of computer literacy, with a sound understanding of Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve successful outcomes
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and calm disposition
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Welldeveloped problemsolving skills relevant to dealing with shift or roster changes
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability working in a small team

Roster Cycle:

  • One week 5am 1pm
  • Alternate week 9am 5pm
  • On call via phone on rotation
