Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling interviews, conducting inductions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including contact details, job descriptions, and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure a smooth transition of new employees into their roles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
