About the role


Working within the Sales & Development division our dedicated Customer Engagement team are responsible for developing strong regional based relationships with customers, families and industry related providers to enable the development & ongoing growth of Activ services.


Utilising detailed NDIS funding knowledge in conjunction with their expertise of Activ services this role leads a team of motivated Customer Engagement Coordinators that are responsible for promoting products that enrich the lives of our existing and potential customers.


A typical day in the role may look like

  • Actively seek opportunities to share information, monitor and support the activities of the Customer Engagement team to ensure targets are being delivered;
  • Engage with and sell Activ services and products to potential and existing customers, including attending in regional events;
  • Implement and monitor the delivery of business plans, highlighting opportunities and possible barriers the business and our customers may face;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the NDIS regulations, funding and Activ eligibility;
  • Design service solutions for customers, based on their preferences and viability for NDIS funding and compatibility for Activ services.
  • Valid WA drivers licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activ's motor vehicle allowance rebate);
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships;
  • Ability to follow personcentred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;
  • Previous experience in the disability sector with detailed knowledge of NDIS funding and regulations;
  • Leadership experience within sales environment is highly regarded;
  • Proven understanding of relevant service standards and related legislation;
  • Certificate III in Individualised Supports (Highly Desirable)
  • National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
