About the role

As part of the Sales and Development team at Activ, the
Accommodation Specialist is responsible for driving organisational growth and tailoring accommodation services to individual needs through working closely with customers and their supporters to explore all the available options, including Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and Individualised Living Options.

This is a new position due to growth with hybrid work arrangements.

Based from our Wembley office, you will work where you need to; visiting customers and internal stakeholders within the metro region.

A typical day in the role may look like

• Collaborating with the existing team of experienced accommodation specialists to build your knowledge
• Traveling the metro region to meet with existing and potential customers
• Matching customers to a range of options that will provide them with the best outcomes
• Promoting Activ's accommodation services and facilitating positive customer experiences
• Building relationships with our referrers to maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential leads
• A background in sales and business development including achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Experience in building and managing customer relationships
• Enthusiastic and cando attitude
• A valid driver's licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (with rebates available)
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
