About the role

A typical day in the role may look like

  • Designing and mapping current and future state business processes and translating them into design documents
  • Working knowledge of common services such as Active Director, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, SQL & Exchange
  • Scripting, workflow and configuration skills across various platforms and enterprise systems
  • Experience using database tools and scripting
  • Experience with report writing, analytics and associated tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a medium/large organisation in an Application/systems support role providing design, configuration and workflow solutions
  • Experience using service desk software management tools
  • Vendor Management & engagement
  • National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
