  • Data entry/logging and updating of jobs in our system
  • Obtaining supplier quotes and sourcing materials
  • Interpreting job cards and creating reports & documents
  • Creating social media content across different platforms
  • Minor bookkeeping tasks
To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in an office based or customer service role
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience using social media such as Canva, Instagram & Facebook
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills including attention to detail
  • Australian Citizenship or permanent residency
Caringbah Location. Permanent Part time position offered at 35 hours per week (8:30am - 4pm Mon-Fri). Flexible hours will be considered for the right applicant.

Salary ranges from $25.00 p/h to $30.00 p/h and will be offered as per level of experience.
