About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant with Reece Group, you will play a key role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to build relationships and help customers
  • Comfortable with a computer and willingness to learn new systems
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Desire to develop your career, either locally, within our network, or head office
  • Car License
