YOUR ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced employee communication professional to join our team.

As a Senior Specialist Employee Communication, you'll be responsible developing and delivering the employee communication strategy for our People, Performance and Reputation division.

This includes Business Partnering with the Group Executive and leading creative and engaging group-wide communication campaigns that support our people programs.

You'll play a direct role in supporting employee engagement, building pride in our purpose, and strengthening understanding of our values.


ABOUT YOU

  • 10+ year of employee communication experience
  • Extensive experience developing and executing creative strategic employee communication plans.
  • Experience providing communication advice to members of the executive team.
  • Ability to build relationship with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree Qualifications in Communications, or a related field (essential)
