Your Role
Our Corporate Restructuring team sits within our Corporate Services Practice and is preeminent in the Asia Pacific region. Your role could typically include advising on:
- Large and complex corporate restructuring and workouts
- Formal insolvency administrations (including receiverships, administrations, and liquidations) for major corporations and private capital funds
- Distressed investment opportunities for private capital funds
- Cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, working closely with our alliance partner, Linklaters
- Significant commercial litigation for leading corporations
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity; however, flexibility matters at Allens Corporate Services, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.
About You
You will have:
- Experience working in corporate restructuring and insolvency at a leading international practice or corporate services firm.
- The ability to effectively manage larger matters, develop client relationships, and participate in business development activities.
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
- Ideally, you will have 3-6 years post-qualification experience.
