Position Overview

The Communications Manager will spearhead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy tailored for a significant transformation initiative within MedHealth Corporate's diverse portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the crafting and deployment of communication strategies aimed at boosting engagement among both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate and disseminate impactful content across a variety of platforms, including the staff intranet, internal communications, newsletters, town hall meetings, presentations, briefings, FAQs, training materials, SMS, social media, surveys, and video content.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to collaborate on identifying and leveraging communication opportunities.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and news to inform communication strategies.
  • Conduct regular analysis of communication data and provide reports on the effectiveness of initiatives, pinpointing areas for ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, English language or literature, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, particularly within large, complex organizations or multi-brand environments.
  • Outstanding written communication abilities, capable of conveying intricate information in an engaging manner tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
