We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Principal to join our Direct Employee Communication team within Retail Insurance Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will support our brands, including NRMA Insurance and ROLLi N, by developing and delivering communication strategies that drive divisional performance, improve employee engagement, and strengthen connections to our purpose, strategy, values, and behaviours.

You will work closely with Group Executives and Executive General Managers to provide strategic business advice and support, leveraging your expertise in corporate communications to drive business outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in strategic communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective communication plans and materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects across complex organizations, with a focus on driving business outcomes and improving employee engagement.
  • A degree qualification in Communications or a related field.
