About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer to join our team at Allens Corporate Services. As a key member of our Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets.

As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Partners and the wider team to deliver high-quality results for our clients. You will be involved in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, ideally from a leading top-tier, national, or international firm. You will have a proven track record of managing smaller matters and elements of larger matters, as well as a desire to learn, grow, and network.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of sectors, including mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, health, media, technology, and retail. You will also have access to our international alliance with Linklaters, which provides opportunities for secondments and collaborations with top-tier firms around the world.
