Your opportunity

Join our dynamic team at Westfield Parramatta and become a key player in our quest for excellence in facility management. As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our facilities. Your role is essential in providing unparalleled service to our retailers and elevating the overall customer experience.

Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support the centre team day-to-day in delivering best-in-class hard and soft services to deliver excellence in customer and retailer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with service providers to ensure maintenance and repairs are done on time, within budget, and in compliance.
  • Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders.
  • Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives, improving reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and budget-conscious completion of maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.

This full-time permanent position is based onsite at Westfield Parramatta.

What will set you apart from the rest?

  • Relevant experience in retail, property, hospitality, facilities or building management.
  • Trade qualifications/experience - ideally electrician, air conditioning technician, fire technician, refrigeration mechanic or data technician experience
  • Strong customer service focus and exceptional administration skills.
  • Proven capabilities in supervising contractors, clarifying instructions and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Technology-literate and able to use business and building management systems and software.
  • Capable of meeting the demands of a seven-day operating center while maintaining a standard five-day work week schedule.
