Facilities Coordinator Job Description

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our client's Sydney team on a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all facilities tasks and services in the premises as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Quality Service Delivery: Provide timely and quality service delivery to the customer, ensuring overall quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships, services, and contracts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report Vendor Performance: Manage and report vendor performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Manage Property and Tenancy Issues: Manage property and tenancy-related issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Assist with Financial and Administrative Requirements: Assist with financial and administrative requirements, including budget forecasts and saving initiatives.
  • Participate in Initiatives and Management: Take an active role in initiatives and management, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with local standards and legislation.
  • Inspect Facilities: Inspect facilities daily, conducting major facility audits monthly and quarterly to ensure office areas are tidy and maintenance and OH&S issues are addressed.
  • Keep Records: Keep and maintain records of inspections, maintenance reports, certificates, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in Minor Churn and Moves: Participate in minor churn, moves, and assist in the coordination of capital expenditure projects.
  • Be On-Call: Be on-call after office hours for emergency needs where required.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Networks and Database: Knowledge of networks, database, or operating systems, PC/LAN/WAN, Citrix/VDI, telecommunications technologies, and information security technology.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good Project Management Skills: Good project management skills.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to successfully service clients and maintain good working relationships with partners.
  • Good Working Knowledge of Office 365: Good working knowledge of and troubleshooting experience in Office 365 (on prem and cloud), Outlook, Lotus Notes, and SharePoint.
Experience and Qualification:
  • At Least 2 Years Facilities Management Experience: At least 2 years facilities management experience.
  • Technical Experience: Several years' of technical experience in operating systems, database, telecommunications, PC, LAN, WAN, and data security technologies.
  • ITIL and Citrix Experience: Should have good understanding of ITIL, Citrix, VDI/VM, Windows servers, MS O365.
  • ITIL, MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA Certification: ITIL, MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA certification a plus.
  • Service Now System Tool Experience: Working knowledge of Service Now System tool a plus.

The budget for this position is set by the client at $45 per hour. Successful candidates will be employed as on-site contractors through Anton Murray Consulting, working directly at our client's location.
