The Client
Our client provides for the largest health care system in Australia, and one of the largest in the world. Each year, our client cares for millions of people and oversees billions of dollar's worth of investment in
- patient care, building, equipment, technology and research.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a communications and engagement strategy that meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Test, refine and evaluate communication initiatives to ensure that key messages, learning and engagement outcomes are met and improve over time.
- Manage and maintain digital content for the branch with a focus on the Digital Workplace and Information Management Services team
- Ensure all communications are timely and relevant to the target audience and delivered in an appropriate manner
MUST HAVE:
- Eligibility to work fulltime in Australia
- Experience in scoping, identifying and addressing learning and development needs within a large scale, high performance human resources or employee transactional environment
- Demonstrated recent development and facilitation of largescale training initiatives in using a range of learning strategies and theories
- The role requires a high level of organisation to balance workload, priorities and meeting deadlines. The officer must be able to work cooperatively and independently with mínimal supervision.
