About the RoleThis is a critical position responsible for managing HammondCare's treasury function, ensuring optimal use of funds and maximizing returns on investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Optimizing cash accounts, term deposits, and managed funds
- Managing loan drawdowns and repayments in line with bank facilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Monitoring and forecasting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash flows, including investment portfolios
- Preparing bank covenant reports and monthly treasury reports for senior management and the board
- Budgeting and forecasting, including preparing formal cash flow forecasts
- Journals and reconciliations for the treasury function
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- CPA or CA qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a similar corporate role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience
