Transportation Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Engineering Manager to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our Transport Planning and Advisory team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of transportation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with company strategy and vision.
- Develop and implement transportation plans and strategies to meet client needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are adequately resourced and that teams are trained and skilled to meet project demands.
- Manage and delegate a range of responsibilities, including complex problem-solving, information analysis, and report writing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation engineering, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Proven ability to manage workload and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
