You'll be a key problem solver identifying issues and resolving them quickly with innovative solutions.
You will be the first point of contact for the CEO and your ability to build rapport and deliver great client experience through every interaction will be highly valued.
Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -
- Delivering prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact for all enquiries for the CEO
- Building strong relationships and acting as a liaison for the CEO with both internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering effective documentation preparation, editing and collation of reports, documentation and presentations, meeting actions, agendas, papers, meeting minutes and general correspondence
- Organising and coordinating meetings, liasing with key stakeholders, preparing and distributing materials and completing minutes
- Providing comprehensive and confidential executivelevel support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's diary
- Demonstrate a commitment to the strategic goals and vision of PEER.
Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes: -

- Attention to detail, sound organisational skills, excellent time management and a focus on delivering results
- Maturity, professionalism, and confidence in your ability
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure

- The ability to consistently maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an EA role or in a substantially similar role
- Advanced computer skills across MS Office suite
- Flexibility to offer occasional outofhours support
- A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
