The EA will provide professional support to the CEO and wider Senior Executive team. You'll be a key problem solver identifying issues and resolving them quickly with innovative solutions.

You will be the first point of contact for the CEO and your ability to build rapport and deliver great client experience through every interaction will be highly valued.


Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -

  • Delivering prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact for all enquiries for the CEO
  • Building strong relationships and acting as a liaison for the CEO with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Delivering effective documentation preparation, editing and collation of reports, documentation and presentations, meeting actions, agendas, papers, meeting minutes and general correspondence
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, liasing with key stakeholders, preparing and distributing materials and completing minutes
  • Providing comprehensive and confidential executivelevel support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's diary
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the strategic goals and vision of PEER.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an EA role or in a substantially similar role
  • Advanced computer skills across MS Office suite
  • Flexibility to offer occasional outofhours support
  • A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
