As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food, supervising and training junior team members, and contributing to menu design and development. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food will shine through in every dish you create.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service. If you're a natural leader with a flair for creativity and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality food in accordance with hotel standards
  • Supervise and train junior team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Contribute to menu design and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current food trends
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness in both ingredients and meal preparation
  • Implement and maintain food hygiene standards in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and promoting a positive working culture
