We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demi Chef to join our kitchen team at our Melbourne hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in ensuring high-quality food standards, preparation, and presentation in line with hotel standards.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple sections and work autonomously.
  • Experience in conference and events management.
  • Hotel experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong passion for creating high-quality food and a commitment to excellence.
