What the Role EntailsMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- College education and/or relevant industry background preferred.
- Combination of education and experience in areas like business administration, finance, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields usually required, with ideally zero to two years of directly related experience.

Supervisors and International Customer Service Manager
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Customer-centric approach to resolving issues creatively for better satisfaction
- Familiarity with World Courier services and operations
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail
- Basis knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
- Proficient in typing and data entry
