Inside Sales Rep (to be edited)

POSITION SUMMARY 
 

Our Sales Support Representative is aligned directly to the field sales organization to drive and support account management for our Global and National customers within their assigned territory. This role maintains close relationships with the field organization and clients in both pre and post sales activities including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

We are looking for someone that will be working at our Beijing office, where he/she will be closely working with our Account Managers -Retail.

Key Areas of Responsibility include: 

Pre-Sales Account ManagementCustomer Master Data ManagementCRM, Quotation, and Order Execution OwnershipLead sales cycle for existing products sold to existing clients Client EngagementCustomer Experience Center visit preparationCustomer QBR preparation Subscription & Contract RenewalsFull cycle sales execution Cross-Sell / Upsell InitiativesIdentify and provide guidance to Inside Sales Specialist I on potential opportunitiesIn-cycle upsell identification and execution

Basic Qualifications:

Degree qualified 2+ years sales or customer facing experience Self-starter with outgoing personality, positive attitude, and great interpersonal skills Technologically Savvy - understands complex software solutions / professional services Strong presentation skills
