About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead an experienced sales team across Eastern Australia, working closely with each member in their given markets to develop sales plans and proactively develop marketing opportunities to continue to meet customer needs.

Based in the Western Districts, you will manage a pool of customers yourself, allowing you to manage and expand the commercial relationships with relevant resellers, as well as key relationships with end-user customers and industry partners.


In addition, you will promote the business at various industry events, showcasing the companies products and services where appropriate, as well as assisting with new product launches and marketing programs across the business group.


About the Person

  • Experience leading a highly motivated and geographically diverse sales team
  • Track record of fostering strong relationships with resellers, agronomists and farmers and enjoy going above and beyond to deliver for customers
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written & verbal
  • Well organised, with high levels of honesty and integrity
