About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Customer Support Sales Manager to join our team in Ballarat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring our Customer Support Advisors to achieve annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth in the assigned region.
  • Lead and educate our Customer Support Advisors to promote Brandt's product support initiatives and ensure all product support solutions and offerings are delivered to customers.
  • Manage and analyze CSA processes, including call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
  • Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts, and establish key KPIs for CSA performance.
  • Provide market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends, and analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
  • Identify new product opportunities and work with internal teams to supply.
About You

We are looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of building and growing sales in a team environment. You will have strong industry expertise and knowledge in the heavy equipment business, specifically in the areas of repair and maintenance. You will be able to build strong customer relationships, maintain relationships with key customers at all levels, and recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the business.
