- Effectively implement sales strategy across the clinic region, leading through direct reports to drive business success, growth, and clinical excellence.
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify key drivers of sales performance and key areas of opportunity/challenge in business intelligence and related internal processes.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure clinical and CCO staffing levels are maintained in line with client demand to maximize productivity and performance outcome.
- Ensure a superior client experience by maintaining Audika clinic presentation, uniform, and customer service and clinical standards.
- Support the compliance to Audika business process and work instructions.
- Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification or undergraduate degree in a relevant field (science, business, or economics).
- Audiology or audiometry qualifications are highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of documented success in a retail or audiological leadership role.
- Proven leadership experience with direct involvement in motivating and developing a team to deliver on key sales objectives.
