About You:

  • Experience in hotel reception role is ideal
  • Experience in customer service is essential
  • Familiarisation of Melbourne tourist landmarks and public transport
  • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanour
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Full working rights in Australia


The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for customer service, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience in hotel reception role, strong attention to detail, a high standard of personal presentation and a Can-Do Attitude.


What you will do:

Job role will include but not restricted to:

  • Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.
  • Warmly welcome & serve our guests.
  • Organise, confirm and process guest checkins/ checkouts and adapt for any changes
  • Attending to guests' requests and complaints.
  • Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
  • Check cleaning standards before checking in guests
