Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our Ladies and Gentlemen, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Welcome and Check-in: Greet and welcome guests, explaining the hotel facilities and services available.
  • Service Delivery: Provide a high level of service, exceeding guest expectations and ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Service Scheduling: Schedule services for individuals and groups using our spa/salon reservation software system and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
  • Reception Duties: Complete standard reception duties, focusing on attention to detail and ensuring that all guest interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
  • Working Rights: Must have working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiasm and Motivation: Be enthusiastic and motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed service standards.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
