Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Strong focus on effective diary management and scheduling
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problemsolving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools is preferred
