About the Role

Bolton Clarke is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Home Care clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist clients with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure a coordinated and person-centered approach to care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in aged care or a related field, such as cleaning or housekeeping.
  • Availability to work various shifts across different days, including Fridays.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain).
  • Annual flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Australian driver's license.
  • Own vehicle for work use.
