Job Opportunity: Personal Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team at Conexson. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly clients in their daily lives.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or in our facilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
  • Assist with mobility and transfer clients safely
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or relevant experience
  • Police Clearance
  • COVID-19 Vaccination, including booster shot
  • Influenza Vaccination Evidence
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
