About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team at Bolton Clarke. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our Home and Community Care clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and help them with tasks at home.
  • Engage clients in social activities and provide emotional support to promote their overall well-being.

Requirements:

  • Cert III Individual Support or similar qualification related to Aged Care.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
  • Willingness to obtain annual flu vaccinations.
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday availability.
  • Own vehicle and Australian driver's license.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations.
